Upper Extremity - Stage 2 - Mild
Definition: Pitting present day & night, easily reduced with treatment within 1-2 weeks with compliance
- Day Compression:
 -  Compression choice:
Class 2- (30-40 mmHg) Circular Knit / seamless (ready to wear)
 - Indicated due to the volume of limb swelling and reduced fibrosis in the skin

- (23-32 mmHg) Flat knit / seamed (made to measure)
 - Indicated due to the volume of limb swelling and reduced fibrosis in the skin

Juzo Dynamic- Circular Knit/ seamless product options: Dynamic CG (sleeve)
 - Indicated for “heaviness” of limb
 - Max Sizing

- Flat knit / seamed product options: Expert CG (sleeve), Expert AC (gauntlet), Expert ACFS (glove w/finger stubs)
 - Indicated for a low stretch & high containing garment to break down fibrosis, high BMI & ADL’s

 - Night Compression:
 - Optional:

- Wearing night compression can optimize treatment outcomes. A night garment is unnecessary if no fibrosis remains and the swelling is fully resolved. The knit garment should maintain the limb's current size.

- Product options: Night CG (sleeve)
 - Indicated for mild fibrosis

- Product options: Reversa Compression Wrap CG (sleeve), Reversa Compression Wrap AC (gauntlet), Soft Compress CG (sleeve)

 - Tips:
 -

- The day garment should fit snugly and maintain a decongestive size; if it doesn't, choose a material that contains more.
 - Apply compression to one joint below the visible swelling; for example, use a glove if the wrist is swelling.
 - Use a gauntlet for preventive purposes (when swelling does not extend to the wrist).
 - Flat knit: choose comfort patch, elbow dart & slant top with silicone border
 - Reduction options:

- Reversa compression Wraps: short stretch product Reversa Compression Wrap CG (sleeve), Reversa Compression Wrap AC (gauntlet), Soft Compress CG (sleeve)
 - Worn with SoftCompres
 - Reversa is Indicated for difficulty in reaching or inability to manage knit garments
